After 9 months of looking and making offers on interstate investment properties and continually missing out I reached out to Daniel simply through finding he details on google. I was hesitant given I thought I could save the $$ and do it myself but wow what an easy, fast and efficient process . Through Brendon and Dan we secured our 4th property with 24hrs of working with them . Clear communication and understanding of what we were after and having Brendon navigate on the ground was invaluable. Working in finance I always felt I could negotiate without a buyers agent , Dan and Brendon have proven to me I now can’t buy my next one without them

Daniel and Brendon were amazing! As first time home buyers, in a very tight market- we struggled to find anything meeting our criteria. From the first call, to the emails exchanged and spreadsheets created- the whole team was nothing but exceptional. In addition, they set us up with a great broker- and worked as the well oiled machine that they are. Guiding us in our offer, and being the negotiator, even organising our building, pest, electrical inspections & then lining up the pre-settlement. As two professionals who work away- we valued their organisational skills! We relied on their expertise and got our dream home! We can’t thank these guys enough- and will recommend the team to anyone who asks about our buying experience! Here’s to the most expensive bottle of champagne we will buy this year! We may be back for round 2 and an investment in time- and will turn directly to Urban Buyer when we do so🥳

We first contacted Daniel while he was on the road traveling to Sydney. Not only did he take the call but also set up a meeting for us via team the very next morning, right from the get get go nothing was to much trouble and I knew my wife and I had picked the right team. We explained our situation with time frames and was assured that they could deliver and deliver they did! Daniel put us in contact with Brendon in Townsville and he took it from there. I am over the moon with the bright lit, baby Queenslander, Daniel and in particular Brendan from Urban Buyers made possible for me. I was stuck in NSW and couldn’t leave work or the animals to search for a home in North Queensland. Additionally I brought the challenge of needing a simultaneous settlement interstate.
