It's concerning to see the lack of competency within their team, posing potential risks to public safety under the guise of providing a service. There was an incident involving my partner's car, which sustained damage while our children were present inside. Encountering rude and threatening behavior from a representative when addressing the issue adds further concern to their capability to provide safe services to the public.
