Our purpose is to support people in their different journeys to move and feel closer to their norm through the use of our hands and listening to a person's needs. We love how massage therapy allows a person to reconnect to their body. Regardless of the situation or circumstance that leads a person to our clinic for massage, our hands are communicating with their nervous system. From there we can establish where to go with the treatments in hopes to accomplish the patient's goals. If we can relieve a bit of pain , incorporate a little more movement to help a person experience a moment of peace, then we feel like we are accomplishing what we want to do - help people!

I have been receiving massage from Valentina for over 6 years. I will not go anywhere else. She is understanding, caring and thoughtful. My body responds well to her firm touch. No two massages are the same as she reads my body and adapts her therapy accordingly.

Lilly is incredible! To say the least, she has a way about her where she senses your body, she becomes in tune with you and what your body needs. Her touch is relaxing but strong. I highly recommended Lillys’s services, you will walk away feeling centred and relaxed but a little sore as well in a good way x
