Vapourholics

Just bought a new vape device from vapaholics and was broken when I took it home and tried to use it. Not good customer service there

Great local business. Excellent support, including re-wicking my RDA for me every time I visit. Always really helpful, interested in my vaping experiences and gives good deals on juice. This business is being let down by supply/availabilities (like everyone has due to the koof) but always positive to deal with.

they have no idea on return policies when they dont work and a re very rude. happy to take your money but not happy to help you when a brand new item does not work

All the device''s vapourholics sells are the same devices all shops sell across australia and the world.As they are not the manufacturer all they can do is find a compromise when a product fails as man made products do fail.Following practice for retail and helping coustomers with a sale is what vapourholics does.
