Kane and Phil were absolutely fantastic during my move. Not only did they help me pack the rest of my belongings, but they also took great care in handling everything with such attention and professionalism. They were efficient, courteous, and made the entire process stress-free. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. I have only ever moved twice in my lifetime and i have never had a good experience. I called the office and spoke to Lil who was lovely, who organised for Matt to come to my place to do a in home quote, he overlooked my mess and reassured me that I was in good hands, He was a complete Gem, they weren't the cheapest in town but they were by far the most professional well organised and super friendly and for a bit extra over the others is money well spent, I highly recommend the team from vault and I wouldn't use any other removalist I would pay for them to come to me if I was in another state that's how good they are, Thank you for all your help you made a stressful move an absolute pleasure - Cathy
