What is the duration of training sessions at VIPT Health & Fitness Studio?
All sessions goes for 45 minutes. Training is operated in blocks of eight weeks, we train for eight weeks and then we have a one week rest and then we go again for eight weeks and we do this throughout the calendar year.
Do I need to book again once the training block is completed at VIPT Health & Fitness Studio?
Once the client has secured their spot in one of the training groups, that spot is then there’s until they tell us otherwise.
