James came out for an urgent call out to fix a Downpipe and drainage problem at our property and ended up staying to do more than what was necessary to fix the immediate problem. He’s been so helpful in our bathroom renovation plans with sending through information and has amazing workmanship. We will definitely be using his company going forward.

James has always been professional and been able to complete jobs quickly and to a high standard. I rang 4-5 people before I got onto him and out of the people who answered the phone, no one could fit me in for six weeks. He came that week and sorted my problems out perfectly. Highly recommend.

Took more than 2 weeks to send an invoice for an after hours service which cost $450. Sent an unofficial invoice through just an email with the wrong cost. Requested for the correct one with the real fee they asked from us which was $450. Which was still not enough as it is an unofficial invoice.
