We highly recommend Megan and her staff. We brought in a very sick chicken and they took great care of her until she was ready to come home.

It has such a happy and welcoming vibe in there. All of the staff are so lovely and really helpful and they genuinely care about everyone's pets. It's great to see such authenticity. They helped me feel comfortable in the way they looked after my 2 little beloved hounds. I love the fact that they promote animal nutrition and alternative healing techniques. Thanks Vitality Vet Care you ladies are amazing!

Driving home a wee Honeyeater flew into my car door. As it was still alive, i scooped it up and took it to Vitality Vetcare about 3kms away. These guys are the real deal! I am so impressed with their attention to detail from filling out the WIRES form with me, letting me know the extensive process to ensure the little guy had every chance of survival (flight test, x-rays if necessary, etc) right through to a call the next day! Great news! He is going to be ok and after some TLC including a little fattening up, he will be released back in his territory! Fantastic!!! They even thanked me for taking the time to bring him in! I say, thank you for being a fantastic team of wildlife lovers no matter how big or how small - a life is worth saving. You guys ROCK.

My last time to visit Vitality Vet care was over 3 years ago to put my late poodle down.. The animals have little soft comfortable material to sit on so they don't go into panic... she was the most compassionate and caring vet I had come across and gave us all the time we need (very different from previous loss experience in Syd). We had another visit just yesterday with a old poodle I am minding, and yet again she gave this poodle the most care, patience, and attention... They even walked me through a procedure on the phone for 30 minutes absolutely free to help this little old dog having a turn... I have no hesitation in recommending this most professional and compassionate vet who integrates both conventional and complimentary medicine for the best outcome for your best friend, your pet!

Dear Yvonne, thank you for your kind words. We're glad that you and your canine friend had a good experience with us. Part of my dream for Vitality Vetcare was to create a healing space where animals and their people had as stress free and positive experiences with us as possible. I hope that all goes well with your new canine friend. Best wishes, Dr Megan Kearney
