This was a pretty good place to stay on the Gold Coast. The staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Some amazing restaurants downstairs. Great location with the tram out front and a short walk to the beach. Would def stay here again.

Found the rooms clean and comfortable. The door cards were so annoying as it kept deactivating so had to go to reception each time. No apology by staff just excuses. Sockets stop working in the room. Be aware if u click on the internet u are charged without warning. Movie selection was old and expensive. Shower tap hard to use and not easy to turn on before getting in shower. Very average hotel. Over priced. With surcharge for booking online.

The unit was super clean and tidy and I loved the big comfortable bed! We really loved our room too and the views from the 17th floor was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
