This is such a well organised work shop. You speak with Nadim, the Manager, who is an experienced motor mechanic who does and supervises the work and therefore achieved the best possible outcome saving my beloved Audi TT and gave it a new life. I can highly recommend him and the Volks Center Cairns.

Nadia offered first class customer service when our Tiguan broke. He fitted us in and had the car repaired promptly giving us a clear understanding of what needed to be done. These guys know their stuff! Couldn’t be happier with their work.

November 2020. After several phone calls to NADIM and emailng a detailed account with photos of an already diagnosed cracked cylinder head in my Sprinter Motorhome, I made a 300km detour north to VOLKS CENTRE in Cairns. Before setting out, he assured me they "Could fix any problem". Arriving early in the morning, after only minutes he handed me back the keys with a bill for 'diagnosis' ($180) and told me to return the vehicle in three weeks and be prepared to leave it until the parts were sourced and the work done AFTER Christmas. Cost would be seven seven to 8 thousand dollars but possible more. I told him it was my HOME and I needed it repaired immediately, regardless of cost, but I soon had the impression that he JUST DID NOT CARE and seemed to be taking some kind of sadistic satisfactio in my pedicament. I struggled on down the coast towards South Australia and had the repairs done properly on the way at little more than half the price. Beware! I was scammed!

I was in Cairns shopping last week when my Transporter decided it was time for a new ABS wheel sensor. So straight around to the Volks Centre, Toby diagnosed it and replaced the wheel sensor and by the time I had a coffee in the waiting room approx. 30 minutes it had been road tested and ready to go. Where else in Cairns can you get better service than that. They have looked after 2 Transporters for me now.

Tony and Lisa have looked after me since they were here as young backpackers - I would go to no one else ! Example - recent trip to Brisbane Audi - chip replace $1200 and 7 hours ! Same part and service from Toby / Volks centre $300 and come in now I do it - 10 minutes! Volks rocks .

The guys from Volks Centre are always professional and friendly, most importantly, charge you reasonably. I have used for VW T4, T5 and Amarok, for many years. Jobs are always done right the first timeâ€”always takes time to explain issues in depth so I understand and options (if there are any) to do the job in the most efficient and economical way. Highly recommended!
