Nice friendly people when I visited the store, but their follow up communication is poor. I have had to ring at least three times to check on progress of my repair over the last two months.

I recently had need to have a small caravan TV repaired after I broke the antenna connection from the back of the TV. I looked for a local repairer and after looking at some of the reviews decided to give Waketts a call. From my first conversation to the guy on the phone I was at ease, I explained what I needed and he said without seeing the TV it would be around $115.00. I delivered the TV Tuesday afternoon around 4 PM and advised the guy I was not in a real hurry and he said they would try and get it repaired within the next couple of days and they would give me a call. I received a message on my mobile as well as my work phone around 12.30 the next day to advise it was finished with a cost of $92.00. When I arrived to collect my TV it was all wrapped in plastic with the power pack and remote included in the packaging. I can highly recommend these guys as true professional's with old fashion friendly service. Great work guys 5 out of 5.

I've used Waketts twice in the last few months for antenna work at our house. Most impressed by their work and communication eg re delays caused by inclement weather. Also charges were reasonable with a full explanation of cost structure. Very professional.
