Established in 1989 Waliz Nuts has been producing the highest quality Australian macadamias out of the picturesque town of Newrybar in the Byron hinterland. The farm’s history goes back to the mid-1980s when the Hudson family bought a small acreage and spent their first summer planting the first 3000 trees. Owners Paul and Liz have continued to build on the strong reputation of the family business, bringing their own passion and expertise as they raise their four young children on the farm ensuring the legacy of producing the highest quality macadamias continues. Waliz Nuts is an independent family-owned and run macadamia processor with industry-leading technology in our Newrybar factory. We supply bulk macadamia Nut in Shell and kernel to clients across Australia and ship overseas to Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and Europe.
