Wall & Company Lawyers is a boutique law firm located in Mullumbimby in the Northern Rivers in New South Wales, Australia. Wroth Wall was admitted as a solicitor in 1979 and has practiced continuously in the Byron Shire since 1990. He takes instructions in commercial and land related matters including litigation. He has a particular interest in the formation of communities and common land ownership, corporate governance and the not-for-profit sector. He resides in Mullumbimby with his family. Wroth has undertaken a significant amount of environmental litigation. In the late 1990’s he spent 10 years acting in Native Title cases and was the solicitor acting for the Bundjalung groups who ultimately secured Native Title rights in Byron Bay and in the Evans Head / Coraki area. Over recent years the larger component of his work has related to issues relating to communities. He has always done work for local community organisations. Wroth is considered a specialist in multiple occupancy, community title, community title subdivisions and the creation of Deeds for the Community to abide by.
