Want gas supposedly fixed my European log gas fire by 'cleaning the gas pilot light fitting' costing $220 Yet again it will not start (two months later ) and they want another $220 to come and look at it! This last cold weekend I again found it would not turn on and when I stated I hadnt or had barely used it and I felt they had not solved the problem last visit I was accused essentially of being a liar when trying to organise a revisit ie 'what is it -haven't used it or barely used it - you've given me two different stories' I would NEVER deal with that company again

Sent e-mail with full details and problem for pricing and whether I was viable + serial # etc., as it is an oldie. No reply for 7 days...... and counting...….
