Grace Embery Our solar electricity system was installed on the day planned without any issues. I was amazed that the installer decided to go ahead with the job as the weather looked threatening. Sure enough, it poured! Thank you to Radnor and the hard-working installers for making this happen without any issues and under difficult circumstances. Also had a new solar hot water system installed via WattsUP. The installer was Ryan and cannot say enough for the way he communicated issues he came across and the quality of his work... he even did a few fixes on our roof while he was up there. Thank you for your fabulous service Ryan. Definitely recommend this company.

The Real Deal published 2 months ago I'm the customer from hell. I'm suspicious, picky, and nowhere near as knowledgable as I like to imagine. I want all the extras thrown in, and I want everything at a bargain basement price. Well, at least it's true that I'm suspicious and picky and rarely an expert. Solar has been, in part, a shady business in recent years. Federal incentives have provided some opportunity for the unscrupulous, and I've met a good few of these operators, thankfully resisting their sparkling deals and the inevitable regret. Caveat emptor! Dodgy sales and dodgy installations abound. There are hundreds of thousands of sub-standard solar installations in this country, tens of thousands of them unsafe. Google it. David Noble A good company to deal with. Kept us informed of arrival time. No mess after installation and made sure we set up our phones so we can check daily solar production. Working well. Now in credit with power company.

Kieran Dillon a month ago Thank you! Enjoying the benefits of our 6.6kw system, not having to budget in paying an electricity bill at Christmas is wonderful, instead, with our account in credit we can look forward to investing our $ into other areas. Ticks along perfectly, install was clean and tidy, couldn't even tell the crew had been except for the new solar in place. Professional, personable people, an overall great experience. Highly recommend Wattsup Solar and Electrical.
