By providing hands-on assessment, diagnosis and care, we can assist with joint mobilisation, soft tissue injury or strain, pain relief, feet orthotic care, headaches, neck and back pain. We use electro-therapy including ultrasound and interferential, massage, taping, hot and cold treatments and exercise prescription through movement and postural retraining. We also utilise acupuncture and dry needling, body vibration to strengthen muscles and improve flexibility and spinal stability fitness programs.
