Travelled all the way from Sydney for an engagement and thought out of all the options that this would be the best suited. I have always had my hair treated as medium length from various hairdressers, however, she quoted me for long hair which I argued was not correct but I just wore this extra cost. Furthermore, the colour I picked was not the colour I received but she continued to argue that it was the correct one. For the rest of the experience she was extremely rude and even gave me "smart-aleck" comments and actions when I raised the issue to herself and other staff. I was under the impression $130 included the correct colour, cut and styled blow dry as well as decent service (even though my hair is nowhere near "long") instead I walked out looking worse than when I walked in. Will definitely not be back.

I always struggle to find a great hairdresser who actually listens to what I actually want and do a great job. Waves of Ettalong really seem to know what they are doing and offer great service when dealing with their customers. The products they use are also amazing.
