I asked a couple of questions Re insurance and a child seat having worked with Qantas for 22 years - I kept it very short and sweet - the manager Richard Mathison cancelled my booking saying “ I sounded like a liability “ how rude ! . Never have I had an operator talk to me like this - big thumbs down to you Richard !! . Your property and reviews say it all - filthy and disgusting ! If you can’t excel in customer service Richard you should not be in it !
