I am a lawyers with 20+ years' experience. We live in a busy world and not everyone can take time out for a face to face meeting or a client may not be local. I often use Microsoft Teams or Zoom for client meetings or arrange a teleconference. I will also meet or speak with clients outside of normal business hours. My firm's business structure gives me the flexibility to assist clients who do not live or work in or near where my firm is located. Since my firm opened 4 years ago, I have assisted clients who have been in country locations such as Biloela, Monto and Gayndah as well as clients from the Gold Coast to Bundaberg, Ipswich, Cleveland and bayside suburbs as well as Sandgate and Redcliffe. I have reduced the traditional law firm overheads which has enabled my firm to be more flexible in how my firm provides clients with legal representation. That is, legal representation tailored to a client's particular needs and circumstances. I will listen to you so I know what it is you want to achieve by contacting a lawyer before I will give you advice. I will not only assist you with achieving your aims but I will also advise you on any potential risks or issues I identify. The way my firm is structured and the philosophy behind how my firm operates has enabled my firm to offer competitive fees and not be restricted by having a rigid fee structure. In my experience clients prefer certainty when having to pay legal fees. Where possible, my firm will fix or cap my firm's fees.
