I was sitting in the reception when this customer entered. She was extremely rude and demanding and wanted the mechanics to come out and set up her radio station. When she was told that she might have to wait for a bit she got very hostile and grunted at the lady behind the desk before marching out. If this is how this person treats people, it is a wonder she gets any service at all. I would ask her to leave if she entered my workplace like that. The lady behind the desk handled the situation very well.

mechancs good but nothing else.money driven and no communication allowed with a mechanic,just relay between receptionist and mechanic. had work done and still had faults and took it back only to be told they cant do anythig for me and i was to travel to melbourne because i had a buyer, comment was i would have to stay the night in a motel for whatever time needed too busy and to stay in motel for the night for how long dont know. job done thursday and problem still with car,went in monday morning and was told too busy???? couldnt even get mechanic to come and take a look. keep the mechanics working and i was informed i can look on google to fix fault on dash. left stranded and just drove 2 hours to see them. nice, not impressed and will not recommend this business. excuses excuses.
