Wow, rude and incredibly poor service from day 1 to the 14th AFTER we left! Limited words here. But avoid these guys and the property called ‘Silver Springs’!

It was really unfortunate but the whole company from top to bottom was deeply flawed and utterly incompetent. I was unable to speak with manager to resolve the issues I had with my booking. I was led to believe the property I was booking had spa, when I arrived I was told unfortunately while the spas bubbles worked the heating element didn’t. This was just the beginning with them unfortunately. Long story short, don’t book with these guys, they over sell their properties and are a complete rip off. I only wish I could give a lower rating.

Not able to attend booking twice in 9 months as they could not host though they will not refund only credit.
