We are a construction business on the Gold Coast and have been trying to get hold of someone in the office to obtain some information about two doors ordered in June. It seems these guys have just subcontracted the work to someone else without our knowledge or consent. After paying a significant deposit for two Doors we are left wondering if we are going what we paid for. Would be nice to get a call back or reply to my email.

As a small, family run business we are deeply saddened that you chose to share your unsupported claims and fictional grievances on this forum. As per our email & phone conversations of the past few weeks we have in fact confirmed an installation date with you per our door manufacturers ETA on delivery of items to be installed. We have not subcontracted this job to another company. We informed our initial contact at your construction company (the first of 3 different foremen we have had to deal with during this project), that the initial deposit covers the order being placed with our door manufacturer as we are an installation, service, & repair company. We were surprised to hear that our constant communication with your company over the past weeks has caused some confusion on your part. Appalling customer service and shonky workmanship! Warren refused to return to rectify the poor workmanship after he serviced my garage door. Though he made appointments to return but has never turned up to do so! Do not recommend WHD Garage Doors.
