First few cleans were done great I couldn’t recommend enough… Except the last clean which even with notifying the company of the bin still being dirty and not cleaned like previous cleans and checking on footage to show the lack of cleaning process I was just responded with - “P***l does his best to make sure every bin he cleans everyday is scrubbed, rubbed and buffed inside and out, sanitised and deodorised.” as if my surveillance video footage and eye sight were completely wrong, the complaint could of been handled a lot better. For any future customers - I would advice to ensure you record and check all bins being cleaned properly like it has been stated and know as well despite being told on first clean that if you continue cleans and don’t leave a bin up you won’t be charged, know you will be charged the fee still. And now will not recommend again as the service and process definitely is of what is being said.

I rang about 10.30 on the day our bins are emptied. Phil answered first time and explained to me the pricing and how I could either set up individual cleans or a monthly service for specific bins. That afternoon, Phil came and cleaned the yellow & green bins and has since come back and cleaned the red bin. I would suggest having a bin smelly on hand after he cleans them to ensure continued sanitising and fly repellent. Due to Council regulations, he cannot use chemicals to clean the bin and remove the smell completely, however I'm sure with continued cleaning and a smelly attached from me, it will become a lot better. Very impressed with the service! Thanks Phil :)
