We contacted Janice to refinance our existing mortgage and she came to our house to discuss and was very assuring that she could help us to get a better interest rate. After I had sent through respective documents I asked her if she had received anything and needed anything else. No reply, neither via email nor via sms and I thought this was very unprofessional as opposed to what she claims her clients are saying on her website. Very disappointed, never heard from her again! I would at least have expected her to contact us and explain why she wasn't able to help us. Krissie

Without Janice, my business would not have opened! That was 1 yr ago and we are going strong. On the salon's first birthday I reflected on the year gone and Janice was the person I feel I never thanked enough, but without her I wouldn't be in my beautiful shop that I love, so thank you Ms Janice! xxx
