I have been using Wholesale Toners for over ten years, but now their website seems to be inoperable. anyone know what has happened to them?

I have been a customer pretty much ever since the company opened. Unfortunately I have had two bad batches of cartridges in a row. I rang to let them know, and are now being treated like I am lying because the cartridges were opened from the sealed bag and box they come in over the warranty time. I explained a photocopy repair man was one of them that opened this sealed box to replace the other faulty cartridge. I also explained the photocopy repair man was willing to send a letter to verify this. Very poor customer service. I am sorry I was a loyal customer in the first place, if that's how you treat people. Not good for business. Very disappointing.
