I was still at work when delivery arrived. I have 2 small dogs in the yard and i was concerned that they might escape.. I told Kristy about the dogs and she assured me the driver would be made aware of my little dogs and my concerns. all good. delivery done and the little dogs did not escape. they would have licked the driver to death. thank you for sending Phil, he made sure the gate was secure when he left ensuring the dogs were still in the yard.. Kristy treated me with dignity and i was very impressed with talking to her on the phone. I trusted their business to do the right thing whilst i was not home and i am a very happy old lady. thank you and I will use you again

I spoke with Kristy on the phone, very polite and courteous. I rang late in the afternoon and they were able to deliver water to me that evening. The truck arrived at about the time that they gave us. Luke was the driver and even though our tanks are difficult to get to, he did a good job. very happy with this business, their cartage costs are a lot cheaper than other carriers out there, and you don't have to wait several days or even weeks.. a good family business. most impressed...thanks Kristy and wicked water.

We are in forest glen and needed water fast. I did miscalculate the water in our tanks and with 2 small children i could not wait for days for water delivery. I spoke with a lovely lady and she gave me a great price and they delivered that afternoon. The driver, Phil was fantastic, very carefull on our new driveway and he was very polite and respectfull. I definately recommend this company, family run business with extra due care. I will use again
