While the name Wide Bay Homes is new, our Buiding Company, Vangrove ty Ltd has been trading for over 20 years. Vangrove Pty Ltd was founded in Brisbane by father and son, John and Sam Caruso in 1986. In this industry very few companies last the distance, let alone be still fully owned and operated by their orignial owner, debt free and with the commitment to be around for the next 20 years. With the company now solely owned and operated by Sam Caruso, and a second generation Home Builder, lifestyle choices have recently brought us to the Wide Bay region. Through the experience gained over many years, of building hundreds of houses for the State Government Department of Housing, modest Family homes and Executive style homes from Brisbane to Townsville, we are a family committed to the principle of providing what we refer to as'Affordable Quality'.
