We bought our mower at this shop paid big$ for mower. Have had terrible service since first service on this mower. Today we went to get new blades and because we didn’t have the model number to change a mistake made by this company of our stored details. They have the wrong size mower stored. The young fellow could not help us. How could they not have the details of the mower bought from them on the system in their computer. Young fellow working was no help with out serial and model number. We are done with this company very poor service. I’ really do not know how they could get customer service so wrong. Called another mower place got blades ordered without drama. Very unhappy with your service.

If I could put Zero stars I would don’t trust or buy from them was charged $410 for a mower I bought in September 2021 that wasn’t turning on after 8 mows in November 21 told couldn’t do anything till February 2022 and then charged me for faulty deck assembly and fuel filter and new spark plugs n blade.
