Wide Bay Removals

The removalist packed and unpacked a 6mth old 75" tv, which they hit and damaged the screen , can't watch blank screen, they don't want to know you. Also where are the 30 missing boxes. Again they don't want to know you, How can you cook with half a kitchen, also missing electrical tools, and no winter clothing in a area that gets to 0 celcius, water can, vileda bucket, etc, etc also missing. Replacement is going to cost thousands of dollars for the missing items.

Whatever you are telling me is utter nonsense and I am not the one who packed the boxes it was the boys who packed the boxes .and you are telling me I abused you.You are the one called me over the phone and bad mouthed me couple of times,I never bad mouthed .you never wanted to refund to me you only wanted to play game with me. .If u wanted to u would have done it straight away.Regardless of it is damaged or not it is my laptop and whatever the story you making up right now, it is a big lie.Yo know what your boys also put dent on my fridge and they took the bottom track off my sliding door and made a dent on it as well and my pushbike was twisted.And u telling me now i did packed the boxes,no thats not true either coz I saw the guy who packed up the laptop and it was kept with the other laptop .As soon as I got the delivery I opened the box and I could nt see it thats when I questioned and asked the guys about the laptop.its clearly missing.

And on top of all that it was a pleasure to experience the teams friendliness and good humour. Damaged some of our furniture and one item we never saw again, just an empty box with fragile written on it. We contacted them re the damaged and missing items with photo's and had no further contact from them. I think damage is sometimes inevitable but not taking responsibility is the deal breaker. There's nothing to recommend about Wide Bay Removals, save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else, disappointed.
