We ordered 3 windows from Wireline and, apart from delivery delays, each window had manufacturing faults... All had staples half out and bent, two windows had the plastic water proof attached backwards and one window had the glass put in with the edgings twisted and inserted with something like a screwdriver... There was no quality assurance at all... Even the reveals were stained and damaged. Several hours of repair were required on these new windows prior to installation. I assume that they were made by apprentice level workers.

Worse the worst!! I highly recommend people do NOT use their product or service! Unless you are ready for being ignored tens of times; problem with product fitting and their quality. I will monitor of this review of my get posted because Wideline only deserve to get 1 Star because at the end of the day , we can't choose anything less than 1 Star!!

Very happy with the help we received from Wideline . Yes the door was damaged in transit from factory to our place but it was replaced speedily. Our thanks to David C for his friendly manner and additional little touches he did for us on other Wideline doors in our home. Also thanks to Dana at Newcastle who acted promptly in getting the service we needed to rectify our issues. Lina at Nelson bay
