I highly recommend Willis Pool Shop. The service and standard is very professional. The advice is provided to me in an easy to understand manner and always found their advice to be accurate in resolving any issues in my pool. The support they provide to me makes me feel comfortable and confident as I know I have someone to help me at all times. Awesome customer service.

This company is absolutely awful. I waited twice for one of their pool technicians to attend who never showed and one was supposedly the manager who would attend after work and not even a courtesy call to say they couldn't come. I had 3 visits to fix my green pool and 4 days on it was still as green as ever and had received no treatments at all. If you're looking for efficiency and reliability, go elsewhere.

The boys from Willows Pool Shop were extremely helpful with getting our spa back on track. I have to say that I harassed these poor fellows for over a week and they were always very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Cheers guys!!
