The quoting service is inefficient, not reliable. I waited 2-4 hours past appointment time on two separate days for the quote person to arrive. I changed my life, cancelled my duties / my responsibilities to be at home for appointments. The excuse, the quote lady has a daughter delivered of premature twins 3 weeks ago'. If carer /family matters exist, what is Windsor Blinds doing making appointments the quoter cannot keep. Imagine the state of NSW Neonatal Intensive Care services, if the Sisters and Doctors turned up to work at their convenience, not at the designated time. Windsor Blinds, said to be a family business should dispense of this quoters unreliable services, or recognize her carer/ family needs and give her 10 weeks paid family/ carer leave.

We had shutters fitted today to the windows of our house. the whole process from the time that we asked for a quote till the fitting went as smoothly as you could ask for. This is the second time we have used Windsor Blinds and would use them again when we have work done on our house

I contacted Windsor Blinds and Awnings at Cardiff to arrange a quote. On the day of my quote I waited, I waited and I waited. At 4pm I rang to see if they were still coming and the lady on reception said she'll ring and find out and get back to me. So I waited, I waited and I waited and @ 4:45pm I rang her back but of course no answer. Unless you want to waist your day like I did DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Obviously covid hasn't affected them and they are doing such great business that they do not need my money. Nothing is worst than trades not showing up, it is rude and extremely unprofessional and in a world with mobil phones there is no excuse, a simple curtesy call is all that is needed.

From quote to completion of work everything has run smoothly and professionally. I ordered 4 ziptrak blinds for our new pergola area,4 plantation shutters for the front rooms and 2 roller shutters for front of the house and to say I am happy is a understatement. Everything was completed in stages and all within 8 weeks of me ordering. The two installers contacted me when they were on their way, arrived on time and cleaned up each time after completed work and explained how everything works before leaving. I have no hesitation in recommending Windsor Blinds to anyone wishing to update their home. Our home is 21 years old and it’s looking so much younger now with our new additions of blinds and shutters.

They came and measured for blinds and grills. The quote came back nothing like I asked for. Called about 6 times to get it adjusted. No one got back to me. Gave up and moved on to another business. Waste of time.
