Excellent customer service from front service management great customer skills by all staff

The assistant manager loitered behind me as I was lining up at the checkout waiting to be served, once I was served and paid for my groceries, she then began jabbing her fingers at me and started accusing me of talking about her, she hysterically threatens to call police a number of times and calls over to the front security guard to "REMOVE THIS WOMAN FROM THE STORE". I am appalled and fuming to the bone that I was treated this way in front of all the many customers waiting to be served. Not one word nor action was said by me to warrant this dispicable bullying scene. It is impossible to get hold of the manager, one minute he's away the next he is there tomorrow but never there. I am waiting for an explanation from Woolworths Management. I live locally in Wellington and now can't go to the store for fear of her being there. I did an online shop, and had to wait two days for it, I forgot the cat food so had to drive all the way to Dubbo Woolworths.
