Woombye Mechanical Repairs

Abused and sworn at and told to get out for asking them to fix something they didn't fix properly. After being a customer for the last 3 years, I took my car in as the air conditioning needed re-gassing for the 3rd time in just over a year. The 2nd time was after my car hadn't even been used and was told when I picked it up, it had a split in the hose (which wasn't picked up the the first time), but still happily charged me full price and didn't apologies for not having picked up the split in the hose the first time (it was right on the top and was super obvious) . He said before looking at it the second time he would do a dye test, but didn't and then 5 months later, I have no gas again! I asked what he would do about it and he started yelling at me that its my car, my problem, told me to f off. I don't think its unreasonable to ask for him to re-gas free of charge when he hadn't done his due diligence the last time (or the time before) and to be yelled at and abused was shocking.
