Absolutely loved the gym, and the staff. Such a wonderful environment to meet your health goals. Unfortunately, the last four months has gone down hill. Walking in and out of the gym, the staff are very clicky. Literally can't walk out the exit door without apologising for getting in the way of the staff (who don't acknowledge you). Contacted the manager, who acknowledged the problem with staff, yet is still charging for an additional month (despite my exceeding my contract, and it being out of date).
It is hard enough for most of us to go to the gym. However being ingnored walking in, and then, having to appooge whist 4-5 staff members around talking at the exit just to open the exit door (and going silent when you walk past) is enough.
