WSG Group

I have had the need for a WSG Group plumber twice over the last two years. On both occasions I was notified of the plumber's approximate time of arrival a couple of hours ahead, with both plumbers arriving within the allocated time slot. On both occasions the quality of the work completed was excellent, along with competitive pricing.

Great Plumber turned up in July 2020 with regard to our septic problem. We have to replace the whole system and obviously had to have Waste Water Consultants to do soil testing. This report was over 25 pages witch had to be attached to a section 68 and lodged with our Council for approval. They in turn inspected our property and had to have the plan altered slightly. Finally the approval came through and we contacted WSG immediately assuming we would be going forward with them. But our pleas went unanswered and still have not seen anybody from WSG nor had our phone call returned. We were sent advise from a Company initially engaged by our Insurance Company to get the job done, that they would not be able to commence any work here until Australia Day, but if we wanted it done sooner then we should get some other quotes. We opted for this and those quotes are in the pipeline. However, WSG have not contacted us about an appointment (which is required) to give us a formal quote.
