Says they pay minimum $25 per gram for 9ct gold, the man in the shop then tried to offer me less than half of this price for my necklace. Steer clear from this untrustworthy business.

We have a guaranteed minimum of $25per gram for 9ct jewellery. We never offer less or never have. It's advertised everywhere and we give you that offer in writing. You must be mistaken for a different pawn shop.

Horrible customer service and ethics tried taking advantage of me steer clear.

Sorry to hear you feel this way. I am a bit confused though how you think we took advantage of you. We always pay fair price. We pay $25 per gram for 9ct gold, we always match or beat the CEX price for electronics and everything for sale is negotiable. Sorry you feel like this. Bought a game ps4 pro and found out the hard drive in it had been changed to lower hard drive. Took it back for a refund (as it is only a ps4 pro shell) he got aggressive and said there's nothing wrong with it he did it himself.
