Wyong Wonder Wash

When I was last there I had already spent $12.00 and put more money in 10second to go the machine in the bay said put two more dollars in so I did still did not work I approached staff member he said min $5.00 he said put another dollar in which I did still did not work he said put a mother dollar in I said I have just put $5.00 in I said to him this is robbery he laughed at me

Appalling service. I used a bay today where the selected wasn’t working. Asked for help and the man was very rude and reluctant to help. He happily watched took his time all whilst my time was ticking away. Blamed me for the machine not working. No customer service! Very disappointed

Went there this morning for the first time using the complimentary card by Kia motors. The two staff members surprised me a lot with their rudeness. I'm still wondering how this business is still operating with those kind of staff. I wonder whether Kia Motors know that they are sending their valued customers to a business run by extremely ill-mannered staff.

Do not go here! I just left this car wash furious after being spoken to very rudely by staff. I was happily minding my own business & washing my car in the bay (my first time there), when a male staff member (with a beard) walked up & rudely yelled at me that I wasn't using the rinsing hose at full pressure. I was stunned to say the least! Who was he to treat a paying customer this way?! My car was filthy & I was keen to take time to give it a good clean & wasn't worried about putting more $ in the machine either. There were no queues for the bays, so what is his problem?! I quickly finished the car then went to the office where I gave the bloke some constructive feedback (a good telling off)! Told him how rude he was & did he always speak to people this way?! I won't be back & I told him so too. Spoiled my day!
