Signed contract , took the deposit and haven’t seen or heard from them again. Have left numerous messages and text. If he is sick or had an accident at least respond.

They have no intention to come back and inspect their work. It has been 7 months and the pool still leaks they have been advised of the problem but have not turned up not good customer service

This company is a illegitimate. They were paid $13 000 to repair the pool. Some single layer fibreglass patches over the bubbles and indentations (did actually nothing to the original surface) then put a poor coat of paint. Do not use this company.

Gary and Jarrod came out to resurface our pebblecrete pool and did a really great job. Pool looks better than new and loving the smooth finish.

Absolutely disgusting work and no follow up when informed them that parts were peeling off and the undercoat was starting to show. Was told it’s the chlorine. Guess what it’s a pool

I had my pool resurfaced by this company and 1.5 months later the fiberglass let go from the pool wall leaving bubbles and splits in the fiberglass causing it to leak. The pool is unusable. 9 months later this still hasn't been fixed. l see the only good review for this company is from the registered director of the company Judith Ann Townson - funny that!

Had my pool re-coated, there is at least 100 spots where the top coat has not covered the base coat, then there are runs in the gutters of the pool. There were multiple dags which had cut my young fella’s legs whilst swimming, there was a gecko rolled into the top coat, there are small rocks rolled into the top coat. I’ve had Gary look at the pool around 8-9 months ago, sign the warranty stating they will return to repair the s***** work. I keep getting excuses as to why they haven’t fixed it.

We had our pool resurfaced. After 6 months a piece of gelcoat fell off. That was over a year ago. We have called and left messages but no reply. A warranty is no good if they don't come to fix it.

I recently had my panel pool (vinyl lined) resurfaced by this company and the pool is the best my pool has looked since buying this property. They were very professional, honest and friendly team. Well done firstimpressions. We love our pool.

After inquiring on some repair work to my vinyl lined pool Gary advised that I should fibreglass it. I investigated further just to find out a panel pool cannot be fibreglassed. Thank goodness I got advice from a local repairer who completed the job to perfection. Buyer be aware of bad advice.
