From the initial contact on the phone to the efficient completion of our job the staff at Yeti’s were fantastic. They fitted us in as we were passing through Mackay and our caravan fridge was fixed with friendly efficient service. Outstanding customer service, we highly recommend this business. They went out of their way to replace our caravan fridge, and then fixed our faulty car air conditioner. Then a last minute problem with the caravan camera was resolved despite the rain. Big thankyou to Darren - what a legend, and to Heidi and Helen in the front office. We had an issue with our fridge door in our caravan. We called at short notice as we were travelling through and they fitted us in. The problem was fixed and they were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this.company. such a pleasure to deal with.
