The first class I participated in at Great Lakes YMCA I was blown away. These guys were better than any instructor in Sydney! Better than Fitness First on Bond Street! It is a surprisingly big centre for such a small town, who can blame them? Apparently everyone in Forster must go to the Y, because it is clearly the best! The facilities are a bit dated around the pool area and adjacent change rooms, but the rest of the centre is amazing. 2 levels gym floors, with any machine you can think of, catering for teens as well as oldies and anyone in between. Yes, those buff heavy lifters have some weights to throw around, too...
