No bookings required. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before the group fitness class starts. RPM/Spin bikes are limited so get in early and don't miss out!.
When will I see results?
Like any group fitness program, consistency is the key. After a few classes you will feel motivated and energized but don't expect physical results straight away. Changes in your body shape, physical fitness, strength building and flexibility all take time and dedication to achieve, so keep working at it and before you know it- you'll be achieving your best!.
