Hey guys.. many , many thanks for getting the minor steering rack bump issue sorted out on my Mazda.. One thing is to get the customer back on the road with confidence.. You have done that.. Well done to all.. :)

Both my sons had to drive their car to Brisbane to re-locate, being a father and worried for their safety I was lucky enough to find Zappala motors. Danny and his team were amazing. With the quality repairs to the suspension the car drives like a dream, and with the quality engine repairs didnt miss a beat. My boys and I are very impressed. Quality work at a Great price. This would be the best place to get a service. The staff are always so helpful, office lady is polite and friendly, and the guys are always happy to give advice, and you get the best value for money. Would highly recommend them for your next service. Thanks Sue, Danny and team.

These guys do an awesome job of taking great care of my very abused car. My Ute is my work vehicle so down time is very difficult, and these guys have kept my Ute running perfectly! Always on time and very convenient! Thank you

Even after being abused by a customer these guys still helped me out on a day where they had forty cars in the shed and I had to get a wheel bearing changed urgently to drive up to a funeral in Mackay. Honestly, these guys are the best in Cairns. Nearly every other place has charged me a bomb and done shoddy work but not this place. Really decent guys who work super hard and they actually give a damn about your customer service experience.

I had an urgent need to attend to my car and called up Zappala Motors who were recommended. Danny fitted me in, and addressed my issue in a professional and friendly manner and I am off and running. Would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to look after any of your repair and service needs.

I just took my car back in as there was still an issue with my brakes and experienced the WORST customer service. The owner handled the situation well but his staff were APPALLING! We got yelled at, laughed at, and were told we are "unbelievable". We were shocked at the way the staff were speaking to us as customers. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone since the new owners have come on board. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Hello Tamara Goldsworthy, We are sorry about your bad experience with us. On 16/08/17 you came to us for replacement of brake pads. When we re-examined your car to rectify the problem on 29/09/17, we found it was due to a malfunctioning master cylinder. It had nothing to do with the brake pad replacement five weeks earlier. Master cylinders are temperamental pieces of equipment and often poppet grommets in them can expire at any time, resulting in the issue you were having. You failed to mention that we only charged you for the brake master cylinder â€“ nothing else â€“ no labour â€“ no brake fluid. Pretty fair considering as we were not at fault here. This saved you a few dollars too. Did we get thanked for this? No. We are a friendly business that goes above and beyond to help people. In your review it would also be prudent to mention your father came in and demeaned, verbally attacked, and belittled our staff, who were attempting to examine your car. Though we donâ€™t condone our staff to get into heated debates with customers, some of them do not respond well to personal attacks. We are very disappointed that you publically crucified our business with false accusations.
