I sweat like I never do from any other exercise, and laugh and smile at every class they is a real community family feel to every class. I have been attending Zumba with Kass for over 14 years and I am still enjoying these classes as much as I did when I first started. The music, the dancing and Kassy’s choreography is the perfect mix. Kassy is so motivating in making us all work harder(at our own levels) and getting results. But the secret is to be regular. Zumba with Kass is a total body workout and also great mentally as you forget about all your day to day struggles for an hour. My Zumba days are the best days of my week.

The best class ever! Never in my life did I think the exercise could be so much fun! Zumba with Kass has changed my life in so many ways. Kassy brings so much energy, fun, sweat and happiness to each class! I always leave with a massive smile in my face, satisfied and sweaty! There really is nothing better!
