John was friendly from the time he answered the phone first with my partner to the time he left the house. He was able to come in less than 24 hours very luckily for us because we really needed help. When he arrived it was a bit of a crisis at home with the toddler suddenly being starving at this time and the baby screaming but it didn’t matter to him. He came in was very discreet did his thing and took the time to show me what we were afraid of. We were blowing black mold straight in the air and everywhere, it was that bad it was not funny. He took the time to do his job with care and professionalism. When he left it was like he was never here except now first the air conditioning is blowing cooler air but also fresh and clean air. Thank you so very much for your time, we hope to be able to work with you in the future and couldn’t recommend you enough. Have a lovely day. I contracted Entire Trades for a disconnect/Reconnect of my power lines to allow scaffolding for painting. The technician Josh arrived right on time at 7.30am and was able to fix the damage a mouse had done to the internals of the air conditioner. Sorry to say that while this business came recommended, we have found follow through to be lacking. Initial communication was good but half a job was done with air conditioning service and am still waiting for a quote for repairs despite repeat reminders.
