I contracted Entire Trades for a disconnect/Reconnect of my power lines to allow scaffolding for painting. They worked in with the other tasks so that I only lost power for the shortest time and gave an excellent service. John was friendly from the time he answered the phone first with my partner to the time he left the house. He was able to come in less than 24 hours very luckily for us because we really needed help. When he arrived it was a bit of a crisis at home with the toddler suddenly being starving at this time and the baby screaming but it didn’t matter to him. He came in was very discreet did his thing and took the time to show me what we were afraid of. We were blowing black mold straight in the air and everywhere, it was that bad it was not funny. He took the time to do his job with care and professionalism. When he left it was like he was never here except now first the air conditioning is blowing cooler air but also fresh and clean air. Thank you so very much for your time, we hope to be able to work with you in the future and couldn’t recommend you enough. Have a lovely day. Being a tenant in a rental property and lost the Daikin split system 4 weeks ago I cannot appreciate the crew at Precision Air more! They are life savers. Olivia on the office phone was lovely to deal with on 4-5 separate occasions, all the guys who came all the way to Maitland area multiple times were top notch every time. Cory went above and beyond to make sure he left my house with a working air conditioner and called to make sure the unit stuck it out before traveling back to central coast. The advice that all the techs provided for air conditioning choices when we finish building our house was brilliant and I commend everyone's performance at Precision!
