I can not recommend these guys more highly if I tried. We had multiple people look at our broken A/C. Was charged for repairs which didn't work, quoted astronomical prices for repairs which may not work. Ian walked in and within minutes he had diagnosed the actual fault and ordered the parts. In just over a week we had air con again after 3 months of stuff arounds with other companies. He saved us over $1,500 by knowing his stuff. I will never go anywhere else now.

I felt that the urgency of our problem quickly became your level of urgency and I was able to step back from the issue, focus on my own work, knowing that my concerns were competently being dealt with.
