Had 3 air-conditioners installed to an old Queenslander. Thorough, and considerate of the property amenity, great work that I would recommend, conveniently quoted on a Saturday installed a couple of weeks later. (Cleaned up afterward too!)

I must sincerely apologise, If during the course of this issue, I briefly placed you into the category of Most Businesses I have dealt with, for this is not the case. I felt that the urgency of our problem quickly became your level of urgency and I was able to step back from the issue, focus on my own work, knowing that my concerns were competently being dealt with. Normally I would have to be crawling all over the issue 100%, however in this case I was able to relax and leave it completely in your hands. I can't thank you and your staff enough.
