The pristine waters of the Whitsundays are home to FISHI, 'Fresh Seafood'; our processing facility and retail shop is located in Cannonvale, Airlie Beach, which allows us to service the Islands and surrounding areas. We are an Australian-owned and operated family-run business. We started in 2013 with a simple aim: to supply our customers with the freshest seafood while respecting the environment. Our office is surrounded by the warm, clear blue waters of the Whitsundays, teeming with a huge variety of fish species unique to North Queensland Waters. We are custodians of the water we fish and support sustainable fishing as the forefront of our business. We have branded our local produce as ‘Whitsunday Wild' and it is our guarantee to our customers that these products are locally sourced in a sustainable way ensuring the continuity of quality we have built for our FISHI customers. We stock a wide range of seafood, and for products that are not available to us locally we source the finest from other Australian regions. We hope you will enjoy our fresh seafood as much as we do!

Owned and operated by husband and wife team Diane and Stephen Grech, since its conception. Stephen being the chef and Diane running the front of house, has insured a consistency in both the standard of food and the service, for which The Church on Palmer has become known for. Our aim is to provide consistent high quality food, using fresh ingredients, along with high quality friendly service, to ensure a relaxed yet memorable dining experience.

Just love it out here, such a beautiful paradise in Mackay, so relaxing, great service and the food is devine! The views are to die for and just love the pool. We will be spending a lot of our summer days out here. Just beautiful.
