I want to adjust my formal Review regarding quotations for work to be done, after a call to matt about why the price was higher than quoted, I understood, however, I had posted a review a day before expressing my disappointment regarding the original quote. I still would thoroughly recommend Matt & his team. C Richmond.

I just saw someone else’s (great) review reminder I never did my own. I never do! Not Normally. But they are so exceptionally good, I had to. Yes, Blake IS a bloody legend but the whole team together make the business great - providing a service which is seamless & stress free, right from the 1st phone call, & all through every other phone call lol as they sorted out what it seemed nobody else could. The reason they could? Because they have an in-depth knowledge of the industry, know what they can & can’t do, & aren’t trying to rip you off. I’d been trying to get a new (old!) drivers side window, 4 weeks and all I got was grief. Blake had it sorted in no time.. knowing he could use another make/ model with a slight adjustment. I spoke to I don’t know how many ‘blokes!’ about it (wreckers, mechanics etc) most said I had a slim to none chance. How many Blokes equal one Blake? A lot!

The team at AAA have been very helpful with my repairs to my Ford Ranger. After I filled my car with the incorrect fuel, they took care of all the work to get my car back on the road. AND , they had the car washed and cleaned before I picked it up, great service.
